ELDERLY CARE
Caring for the elderly requires dedication and understanding of the natural changes in the body as we age. Regular health monitoring is extremely important, including checking blood pressure, blood sugar, heart and other important functions. The elderly need a general health check-up at least every 6 months to detect potential problems early.

Diet needs to be adjusted according to the needs of the elderly. The menu should be rich in protein to maintain muscle mass, supplement calcium and vitamin D to protect bones and joints, limit salt and sugar to control blood pressure and diabetes. Meals should be divided into many small meals a day, soft foods that are easy to digest and ensure enough water every day.

Safety in daily life is a top priority. Housing needs to be arranged neatly, avoiding obstacles that can cause falls, installing railings on stairs and bathrooms.
